03/05/2007 | XE2K The second time i made a single band entry, after learn years ago that my location is too close for the high bands and beat the caribean and south americans, i go 40m the past year, was a good propagation maybe a little too good that the caribean and south American pass my score, i take the "risk" -not at all- and go for the only 80m band Fun, my basic installation that is only a 1/2w dipole and 2 rx antennas, made a good job, my goal was to pass the 1000 qsos, after pass it i go for the 200k points or the 1200 qsos
i made it both, the trick for me was to stay and stay in the freq calling cq and avoid the interference , not a single S&P qso, the idea was saying " guys I'm Here"
