06/25/2007 | N5EOC The Northeast Tarrant Amateur Radio Club (NETARC) operated from the Gazebo in the Southlake Town Square, Southlake, Texas. The operation was 2A with an additional GOTA station and a VHF station. Over a dozen non active hams, stopped by, with many getting on the GOTA station, and expressing an interest in getting back active. One new antenna was assembled, the rain stayed away for a couple of days, a couple of new HF radios were broken in, and many contacts obtained. The best weather in the last few years. -- KD5UJL
