This, my second SKN, was better than the first one last year, even if the propagation conditions were not: I netted six QSOs on New Year's Eve and a couple more in the morning, all via Elecraft K2 rig running 15-watts to an endfed wire in the trees.

Had plenty of straight-key practice throughout the year, so there was no rust to be shook off for SKN. This Junker key is as comfortable to me now as an old shoe, and ready to tackle the January SKCC event.
