03/04/2008 | K4DET Another interesting and enjoyable contest in the books! I worked the contest a total of 14 hours in my spare time over the weekend, and ended up with 106 mults representing 57 unique DXCC entities.

Sometimes it's bad to have an automatic antenna tuner - it would've helped if I'd noticed the increase in SWR caused by one leg of my multiband dipole breaking free in a windstorm and intermittently shorting against the tower! At least I got that fixed Saturday morning.

For those of us that are still chasing DXCC, please take a moment to upload you Cabrillo or ADIF contest log to the ARRL's Logbook of the World. If everyone uploaded their log, I would confirm 19 new DXCC entities in LotW.
