03/07/2008 | W8JMF A year after re-entering contesting it just wasn't quite what I was hoping for. Nice to see some new-comers had fun with it as I did last year. I had afternoon conflicts both days, but really wanted to hit 75M after getting my extra last fall and condx just didn't seem to be there for it so I just stuck with 40M. I made some moblile contacts on 20M using a club call since I wasn't logging. Hope things are better for WPX later this month.
