03/27/2008 | KB0HH The contest was a good time here in Northwest Oklahoma!! All bands were active and many good DX contacts were made. We had a Supercell storm move in on us the last two hours of the contest so we lost some valuable greyline time. The electricity was off for hours due to the loss of 30 highline poles in the neighborhood. We used KW amps on all bands except 10 meters. Antennas were: 160 M-Vertical with the shop roof as a ground plane, 80 M-J-Pole, 40 m J-Pole, 20 M-3elements,15 M-3 elements, 10 M-5 elements. We look forward to next year!! -- KB0HH
