06/27/2008 | K2DEL This was one of the best vhf contests i have worked and i lost six hours due to severe thunderstorms with heavy lightniing and golf ball size hail all day saturday i had pile ups working me from calif to florida including oregon and washington state and worked hawaii too if i did not lose siix hours i would have broken 200,000 points or close to it sunday was great from early morning tiil the t-storms hiit around one pm est till seven est then for the next two hours wass open then closed up these were the best conditions on six in a long lomg time
