08/01/2008 | KE5TRB This is the club station KE5TRB Oak Forest Amateur Radio Club hosted at the Oak Forest Masonic Lodge in Houston, Texas. We operated daylight hours from the lodge primarily on 20 and 40 with a few contacts on 15, 10, 6 and 2. This was the first field day for the club and we were working out the bugs. Our modest 37 logged contacts was a good test to get equipment and procedures together. Club participants included:
