12/04/2008 | VE3FHM This was my best 10 GHz contest ever. The second Saturday was the highlight with QSOs between FN03DF and FN44IG (Mount Washington) with N1JEZ and K1LPS at 687 Km. I nearly completed with VE3FN on Mount Tremblant but signals faded. The next DX was between FN03DF and FN34BI (Whiteface Mountain) with KT1J at 486 Km. The best DX was between FN03BI and FN41QL (Martha's Vineyard) with AF1T and W1MKY at 789 Km. The Hepburn report really came through for us and enabled us to be at the right sites at the right times. I will be very hard pressed to duplicate these results in the future. Many thanks to all who made these QSOs possible. -- VE3FHM
