11/23/2008 | VY1EI This was my second sweepstakes SSB. I got 140 QSOs last year, 750 this year. I guess QRO is the way to go, hihi. I had a lot of fun. I don't have much of an ability on the lower bands, so I made the most of 20 meters. I got around 80 QSOs per hour for the first four hours. Sunday afternoon was good as well. I missed PR, I wish 15 meters had been open. That's usually how I get VI and PR from the Yukon.

My colleagues to the north, VE8EV, also did well so NT wasn't a rare section this year.
