01/03/2009 | K8JD I enjoyed the SKN event for just a few hours this year but managed to contact 17 stations, some on 160 M and some on 80 M.
I used the same J-38 key that I used as a novice in 1961. Still in good shape after 47 years, a good investment since I only paid 50 cents for it in a surplus store!
As for picking a single outstanding fist or QSO, there were too many to single out just one. My hat is off to all who participated in this great event.
