This year I had a lot of fun participating in the SKN. I like a lot of other Hams I dug out my Vintage Heathkit SB-101 and hooked my newly acquired SpeedX hand Key surplus from the Canadian Military Base. The really nice and interesting QSO I had was a YL Laura NT3Y. She was a new Ham that is Newly on the Air on CW. She had a nice steady Fist and I think by SKN 2010 she will be a great Operator. I only had about 6 QSO's 40 was disappointing I had one QSO that faded away before I could get his Name & QTH. This is the 2nd SKN I have used my survivor SB-101 since I got it in the Spring of 2007. This is about my 5th or 6th SKN. I hope to be back again for quite a few more.
