01/11/2009 | N0HIO This was my first attempt at RTTY and digital contesting. I'm loving it. I do apologize for the macro mess to my first contact. I got much better, I promise. Worked only 130 stations, 40 states, 10 DX (including Alaska), and 7 providences. May not seem like much but my most in a contest yet. Used an G5RV-jr at 20 ft, inverted V form and most contacts at 50 watts. Already have 38 states RTTY LOTW confirmed and added 8 to my WAS Basic with them also. I'll be back for more RTTY that's for sure. -- N0HIO
