06/15/2009 | WA1RKS Well I gave it the old College try!from start to finish, with minimal time off.Nice openings both days, should have worked more of it, spent too much time pouncing!,waiting for pile-ups, could have worked lots of Q's in the waiting time had I called CQ instead, even us old dogs can learn! Bettered my 432 count by one! so thats an improvement!. Altho seems like all the "local band stuff was down a little". everyone seemed to experience the same. band conditons for LOS etc, not "hot".But had a ball any way! 73 Gud dx.de Ellis. -- WA1RKS
