06/15/2009 | W4AMP Great six meter opening most of Saturday and some of Sunday. Great ducting Sunday morning. Missed out on a resurgence of 1.2 ghz contacts in Georgia, all of the antennas not up yet. Activity was brisk on 144,432,1296. Several experienced HF operators in the metro Atlanta area are now on VHF/UHF, and I am thrilled to see the increase of operators. See y'all in September.
