06/21/2009 | N3XUD/R The Three Generation Rover Team, N3XUD/R, comprised of Angel All, KB3STA, her Dad, Dave, N3XUD, and Grandpa Bill, N3KKM, operated from several mountaintop sites in Western Pennsylvania during the June 2009 ARRL VHF QSO Party. We made 164 QSOs and captured 59 unique grids on 6, 2, 222 and 432 from FN00, FN10, FM09, and FM19. Angel, KB3STA, recently obtained her amateur license in April at the age of 10 and this was her first big contest effort. She had a lot of fun and worked several pileups on 6 meters.
