07/08/2009 | AJ4JQ This was my first Kids Day, and I had a blast! (I'm 16, but I guess I'm still a kid.) I made about 10 contacts, several of them licensed kids. I got my younger brother on the air too, and he made a few contacts. I hope this contest has introduced lots of young people to the joys of ham radio. Can't wait for next time! -- AJ4JQ
