06/29/2009 | W4AMP Ran 1E and low power on a marine battery. I got a surprise Sunday working VA3CSA on ISS at 15z. 437.8 up, 145.8 down. Pass was over Mexico so I snuck in to the footprint. Want to work ISS on the 1269.65 uplink sometime as well. -- W4AMP
