I decided to make everything simple this year and just enjoy field day! QRP...CW...1B...one antenna (double extended zepp). Other than the heat (103F Saturday), everything went well. I simply ran out of energy about 3 hours before the end of FD and hit the sack. Isn't it amazing that once FD ends and you get some sleep, you start mentally planning next year!!! The mountains (cool weather) sure sound appealing!!! 73s -- K5WNH
