07/07/2009 | K8ESQ Field Day 2009 was good. The food was good, the weather was good, the 807s were good and our score was better than last year, even though our GOTA station guy had to cancel out at the last minute. We did have some problems with the antenna shooter, which caused some of us to be late for breakfast Saturday morning. It could have been a real crisis if we had missed breakfast completely. We are looking forward to next year. -- K8ESQ
