09/14/2009 | WV9E Conditions were simply flat the entire contest here in W.Central Wisconsin. Living in the radio Black Hole of the coulee region bottoms it's a struggle against trees and hills/bluffs on all sides but direct North or South... Could hear and worked most of the region's super stations, but the opening later Sunday to the east died a grid or so below us and all we could do is hear the noise (fun)others were making (having).. grrrrrrrr. I guess more power and higher antennas... see all in the Sprints..
(ofcourse tonight when it doesn't count I work into the EM's)
