11/09/2009 | WY7SS We put WY7SS on the air here from Devils Tower, Wyoming for the first Sweepstakes contest. We are so thankful to our guest operators, Chip K7JA and Janet KL7MF and Ward, N0AX. We had a great weekend together, got in some sightseeing before the contest and just had a lot of laughs.

We got our sweep early Sunday afternoon and the guys pounded the keys to wrap up with 1396 contacts for 222,880 points.

We're looking forward to being back on the air soon for SS SSB with local guest operators as well as the home ops, Katie WY7KRA and Dwayne WY7FD.
