11/10/2009 | W3ABT Worked once again for the University of Pennsylvania ARC, and helped celebrate 100 years of ham radio at Penn! I had only a very little time this year to operate, managing only a dozen contacts. Thanks to everyone who responded to my 5W, QRP signal to a lowly dipole... especially those in "6" and "7" land.
