12/07/2009 | WD5BJT Conditions were very good this year. Operating time was limited by my work schedule, sniffle. I had a good time in the contest. Let us think about a rule change to prohibit USA/CAN stations from running in the "DX window." USA/CAN stations observed running there should be disqualified. Put the DX back in the DX window.
