12/18/2009 | N5HNY I almost thought there was not going to be a contest. I listened in on Friday night and most of the day on Saturday. Nothing. Knowing how the ten meter band is, I listened in all Sunday morning. Then around 2:00 pm cst local time, I started to hear signals. Between then and the end of the contest, I worked 24 stations and enough multiplyers to get 312 points. A big score ? No. A lot of fun ? Heck Yeah. I used my 70 ft. random wire in my attic and didn't do half bad at 50 watts output. -- N5HNY
