02/02/2010 | N2COP Two great events take place on New Year's Day every year: SKN and the National Hockey League's Winter Classic, which is the only NHL game played outdoors each season. This past year the Philadelphia Flyers played the Boston Bruins in historic Fenway Park. Here I am on 40 meters working QRP on my Yaesu 817 with my Kent straight key and watching the game.
