02/24/2010 | K6CU There was certainly no shortage of DX with good "ears" this year! I operate with just 100 watts. The only antenna is a HF-6 vertical located in a very poor location, surrounded by a 12' berm and stucco houses. There isn't a "clear" shot in any direction!

This was a "casual" operation, with only about 12 hours total.

Special thanks to EF8M, EF8N, ZF2AM, TX4T, CR4X and several others who were worked on 4 or more bands, and especially 5N7M, who I found all alone on 20m.

"Loudest Signal" award to KH6LC... they were over S-9 on every band!

Ended up with 258 Q's and 126 countries, with 40m being the best band at 87 Q's and 41 countries. -- K6CU
