It was an exciting game and great pleasure in working 1055 of you (US/VE) on 15 m which was nicely open trough the contest period. Some signals from Midwest and West Coast were peaking 30 to 40 dB over S9. Really wonderfull. Yet, too much dupes made.

I always enjoy the experiance of working low powered stations with simple antennas and would like to thank and congratulate especially to those kind of my corespondants. I played a bit on 40 and 20 m too, giving out some points. Total of 2530 QSOs have been made. Thank you all for the nice event in the air.

We were striked by very strong winds prior to the contest and hit by the storm at night Saturday to Sunday. A normal winter happening at 3000 ft asl.

Equipment used: Yaesu FT-1000MP + Drake L7 (1kW) + Cushcraft X7 @75ft (+ sloper for 40)
