06/30/2010 | W4BKD The Chipola Amateur Radio Club in Marianna, Fl. (Jackson County) had a great field day. There were about 20 or so who attended. We made a lot of contacts, had Hamburgers at noon and Thick,Thick steaks grilled to perfection by WW4JDO(Gary) for our afternoon feast. We operated at the Cypress Community Park just east of Marianna.We also had an ARRL test scession in the afternoon and got some New Hams and some upgrades.
