The North Jeffco ARL was stationed at Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood CO operating a 2A station plus a GOTA station. Saturday evening brought a short but heavy thunderstorm that forced us to shut down for about an hour. Even so, we doubled the number of contacts of last years field day and invited a few visitors along as well. Mother nature even put on a show as well as the sun began to set.
