2010 ARRL Field Day

07/11/2010 | N7DLV

For the first time in several years, I operated class 1B from Western Washington.  The weather was mild and the snow had melted at my regular Field Day site in the Mount Baker/Snoqualmie National Forest.  I set up my station at a primative campground along Forest Service Rd #70 near Greenwater, WA..

I still had issues with pain in my wrist and back, so I was not able to errect all of the antennas I wanted.  Nor could I get them at the height I wanted.  I operated for 16 hours and finnished with a final claimed score of 1506 points.

For the complete story, go to www.n7dlv.com and feel free to browse around.

If you worked  during Field Day 2010 and would like a QSL card, just send a SASE to N7DLV. I'll confirm the contact and send a QSL card to you.
