I was only able to operate for about 3 hours this year because of activities associated with my 30th high school reunion.  Clearly there were no hams on the reunion planning committee!  Nonetheless I was happy to be able to participate in Field Day at least a little bit, and was once again reminded of the thrill of making contacts with just 3 watts and a portable antenna.
