First off it was an extremely slow QSO rate.  Most stations I talked to had never heard of the Rookie Roundup contest.  But the icing on the cake was the "in the log" website.  Notice there are 3 stations that submitted a log with zero contacts and zero points.  But they have 20-something multipliers.   

How does that work???
