Operated from summit of Mt. Herman, Colorado again this year, just 1900 - 2300 UTC on Saturday. Backpacked the portable gear up 1000 feet to work 440, 220, 144, and 50 MHz. Beautiful, sunny, enjoyable day, but never got the sporadic E we all hoped would show up. Not a bad day at all, lots of fun contacts around Colorado. But even a bad day playing radio up on the mountain beats a good day at the office!  Looking forward to June.  ~ WØSTU
