Well, not the most exciting VHF contest I've worked but any day playing with radios is a good day. I operated portable from our cabin near Trout Creek Pass, DM78av, focusing on 6 Meters and 2 Meters.

Activity was light but there were a number of rovers out activating some of the rare grids. Thank you, rovers! Short 6 Meter opening on Saturday night (I apparently missed a good chunk of it) and then some "sporadic" sporadic-e skip on Sunday netted a few more grids on 50 MHz.
