Another SKN, bigger and better than ever, has come and gone.  I had to hurry to put up a suitable antenna at the new winter QTH in Nevada, but it was worth the effort to have ten memorable SKN QSO's on 40M and 80M.   Band conditions could have been better, but I worked stations in CA, OR and WA into early 2014.

WB7NZI, Frank in WA, hung in there with me for the New Year until he finally had to vacate the ham shack so his cats could get some shut-eye.   I didn't bring any real vintage gear to the winter QTH, so just used the TS-940S and a hastily-erected ZS6BKW dipole for a superb multiband setup.  HNY to all !!
