Beautiful weather for operating from Navarre Beach along the Gulf of Mexico!  This year, we decided to try something different...a balloon antenna!  The balloon and coax was teathered to 175 feet of parachute cord with SWR relatively flat across the entire HF spectrum.  many contacts were made.  The best benefit of this antenna was that it helped to draw many visitors to our Field Day site!
