Very enjoyable for the time I got to operate.  Next year I'm going to have to find a way to operate longer.  Band conditions started out OK but went out pretty quickly after dark here on the West coast.  Gear was a Heathkit DX-60, Drake 2-B/2-BQ, Hozmebrew VFO and B&W 381-C T-R Switch.  Key was my original 1967 Novice key, a Nye-Viking with Navy Knob.
