First time on the August UHF contest . .and first ever contacts for me on 220 and 1260.  My newly purchased ts2000x didn't arrived yet so I worked 1.2 ghz on an Alinco DJ-g7, 223.5 fm on a tm3850 and 432.1 on the icom 706mk2g.  M2 7lw on 223.5 and directive systems 15 ft boom on 1.2 and arrow dual bander for 70 cm. 

Used a temporary military mast tower and a TV rotor to get the 223.5 signal out.  Used the directive systems 1.2 ghx loop yagi by lying it on a bed and out through the window by about 3 feet to hit the  nearby 1.2 stations.

Can't wait for the September VHF contest !
