John Reilly N0TA, John Bredehoft K0FTC, and George Fuller KX0R operated W7C, Class 1A, high on the south ridge of Jelm Mountain, in southeast Wyoming.  We had an excellent site at about 9000 feet elevation, with large trees and fine views.  We operated with two dipoles and a vertical on 80, 40, 20, and 15M CW.  We ran on 100% emergency power.  

Throughout our event, we tried to focus on having fun, and we achieved our goal!  We thought band conditions were pretty good; fortunately we had dry weather and no lightning up on the mountain.  

We surprised many operators with our "WY" section.  We also managed to activate both Jelm Mountain and Ring Mountain for SOTA during the event!
