I really was not going to even operate field day. I really wasn't much in the mood to do so.

But, then, something happened.

I sat here and thought, "Oh, I'll just go down and listen to the CW signals on 20."

Next thing I know, I was getting the key out, programming the memory keyer and operating. :)

Strange how CW has that effect.

I ran 1D from the house here. I scored 106 with 54 contacts on 20 and 40. Not to shabby for a last minute decision to even operate on field day.
