It's always fun to HEAR the old drifting and chirpy transmitters, but using a quality panadapter on the Flex makes it easy to SEE the drifting and sometimes chirpy transmitters out there as well! 

I don't have any boat anchor gear, so the Flex had to do.  Even my straight key from Kent is only a few years old - and I've been a ham for 40 years!
