Great activity this year!  Even with the sunspot numbers down, worked a few JA's.

One small observation though...a thousand years ago in my first phone contest I called KH6IJ and his response was as pithy and relevant today as it was then.

"KH6IJ, Kilo-Hotel-Six-India-Juliet this is WA3DEE, Whiskey Alpha Tha-ree Delta Echo Echo!"  (my old, old call).

To which he responded...

"I already know my call, son ... just give me yours."

Properly chastised, I have never forgotten that lesson.

So guys...when you're calling a run station, remember, you can be pretty well certain he knows HIS call.  He just needs yours.
