We fired up the radio at school with the intent on getting the school station on air for the CW part of Sweepstakes and completing the CW portion of Triple Play.  We managed to set station records in all categories and more importantly, added the last 3 states to our CW total and complete Triple Play!  We were fortunated to get those 3 states confirmed within hours of the conclusion of the contest and submitted our application the next day.  By Friday, W9GRS was confirmed Triple Play Award #1944 and becoming only the 4th school and 1st non-collegiate school to be awarded TPA!

We are looking forward to next year and try to set new station records and add to the totals!  73's from the Flatlands of Illinois! de W9GRS
