All NM National Forests were closed due to fire restrictions. 4 Forest Fires were a blaze on Field Day weekend in NM.

Band conditions on Saturday were not the best with K=3.

Carne Adovada was superb for lunch and dinner on Saturday. Thank you Chef WA5ZKP..

Lots of young sounding voices on SSB. 

The Milky Way was bright from grid square DM73EK late Saturday night.

Thanks to W5DET and K5FBK (Lincoln County Emergency Management) for stopping by. Saturday's outside temperature was 95 degrees F. Both of our Field Day Border Collies enjoyed the RV Trailer at a cool 64 degrees F. 

Conditions improved on Sunday morning.
