I had problems with the 3-Band-Mini-Beam that i had with me. At the first
test at home it works not bad, but in OH0-Land there was no resonance
on 15m and on 20m i found, that it had no directivity. So i used mostly
wire dipoles and a 1-element deltaloop for 15m (that works). Only on
40m my 3-element vertical array worked fine. After beeing ready with
building up the antennas, 2 hours before the start, my PA crashed.
Nevertheless i had much fun during the contest even with low power
and i worked most of the WRTC-competitors, i've met in js
wednesday and thursday before the contest. -- DL4SDW
