  • A slightly lumpy, single-turn, shielded loop of 1/2" CATV hardline sits atop a lesser tower at N0AX.  This is a dual-band loop and can be used on 80-meters, as well.  A reed-relay in a switchbox at the base of the loop selects the appropriate tuning trimmer capacitor to resonate the loop. DC for the relay is sent through the feedline.
