Antennas for the Strange Antenna Challenge are to be constructed of unusual, make-shift, or debris material that may be on hand following a natural disaster. Past examples include bridges, statues, folding chairs, bed springs, fences, beer/pop cans, tomato cages, and shopping carts. Basically, just do NOT use standard pipe or wire antennas. We encourage any ham who wishes to become their own special event station, by simply appending /k0s onto your own call sign, and you need to respond to your own QSL requests. N0EW will be operating the three letter call sign K0S. This is tons of fun!
