ARLX003 Joseph Merdler, N6AHU, SK

Joseph Merdler, N6AHU, of North Hollywood, California, died January
17 after apparently suffering a massive heart attack.  He was 60.

An attorney, Joe was very well known in ham radio legal circles
nationwide and frequently spoke at conventions, including the Dayton
Hamvention, where he was a regular participant in the legal seminar,
Amateur Radio and the Law.  His wife, Margot, N6QFU, survives.

Services were held January 19 in Mission Hills, California.
