About

The Ham Aid Fund was created in 2005 in response to the need for equipment and resources to support the Amateur Radio response to Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma. Ham Aid equHam-Aid-Logo-250.gifipment is available on loan to Amateur Radio organizations during disaster response when communications equipment is unavailable.

If you are a Section Manager and you're in the need of equipment for any of the following, send in your request today:

  • A disaster is anticipated or underway
  • For selected and approved training missions
  • For selected and approved demonstrations
